From the team behind #1 New York Times
bestseller Five Feet Apart comes a gripping new romance that asks: Can you find
true love after losing everything?
Kyle and Kimberly have been the perfect couple all
through high school, but when Kimberly breaks up with him on the night of their
graduation party, Kyle’s entire world upends—literally. Their car crashes and
when he awakes, he has a brain injury. Kimberly is dead. And no one in his life
could possibly understand.
Until Marley. Marley is suffering from her own loss, a loss she thinks was her fault. And when their paths cross, Kyle sees in her all the unspoken things he’s feeling.
As Kyle and Marley work to heal each other’s wounds, their feelings for each other grow stronger. But Kyle can’t shake the sense that he’s headed for another crashing moment that will blow up his life as soon as he’s started to put it back together.
And he’s right.
My Thoughts: All This Time was an emotional read for me. For some unexplained reason I was glued to this story and quite a few times found myself brushing tears away from my eyes. When a book/story can emit such feelings from you then it is truly something special.
We're following Kyle at his high school graduation party when seemingly out of the blue his girlfriend of many years drops a bomb and breaks up with him. He is heartbroken and before the night is over they wind up in a tragic accident leaving Kimberly, his now ex, dead and Kyle waking up with a brain injury.
It's so sad feeling Kyles heart be broken over and over and dwindling into that deep abyss of depression. Having been there myself a time or two I know how difficult it is to climb out of those holes but to have lost your girlfriend on top of it all is just to much to fathom. When one has reached this stage of grief they need lots of love, understanding, and patience from their loved ones but Kyle chose to instead push everybody away and that's not good.
He eventually meets this girl name Marley and she is about as broken as he is but gosh I adored her so much! They just seemed to make a cute pair together whereas I really never got the chance to form a fair opinion on Kimberly but I was upset with what she did on graduation party night. I just didn't agree with her timing. I never really liked Kyles best friend either. I can't really explain why...
This story has some twists that thru me and had my jaw drop and one time I even think I shouted out loud NOOooooo Wayyyy! I was really hanging on to my seat towards the end but alas that's all I'm gonna say! Read this story! It's fun, it's sad, but it's a little more as well! If you believe in the power of love give this story a try!

I think, the best books are those that can move you, or make your emotions go all over the place. I can see how Kyle being delivered some terrible news by someone, he had plans of spending his life with then in a moment that person is gone. He is alive. There would be guilt as well as hurt. The reader, only gets to learn about Kimberly through Kyle. Sounds intriguing! Thank you for sharing.
