I LOVE One Direction and was so excited to get to try out their make-up line. I was sent three tins with different guys on each one but the make-up is all the same in each tin. The only difference is the inside covers have different doodles and images and are each sporting the band members name. Each of the eye and lip colors are song titles from One Direction! I think that is so cool!

I enjoyed trying out the make-up and my favorite things in the tin were the top row of eye shadows and the glittery lip top coat. Everything was so simple and easy to apply and blend. Perfect for any One Direction fan or young person. I feel it would be best for folks just starting to experiment with make-up and not the more experienced.

I will have some of these wrapped and under the tree as gifts this year because they are just to cool and my girls are gonna love them for sure!

Scotties Tissue

A few friends and family ladies gathered round and we watched movies of all kinds including a few tear jerkers so naturally we was gonna need some tissues so I opted to bring along my box of Scotties. Not only was the packaging totally adorable cooed my friends but the tissues were really absorbent and soft. We were very impressed that they plant 3 trees for every one they use! Now that was something to brag about because I and my friends/family are really conscientious about the planet and preserving it as best we can.

My Thoughts: I was very excited to get to try this computer game out because I had saw some of them around but always been to afraid to purchase for fear of not liking them or it being to difficult for me and the kids to play. Boy was I wrong! First off you can set what skill level you want to play on whether it be Amateur or Master Sleuth. I am also a sucker for good graphics and it has some awesome ones let me tell you and throw in to boot all the interesting Greek Mythology. Even if you're not into that sort of thing it's interesting here. I love how sometimes you run across a game or something that can actually "teach" you things without you really noticing it or taking away from the game any.

I have always enjoyed reading and watching the sleuthing of Nancy Drew and The Hardy Boys so I can now add these Her Interactive computer games to the mix. It was lots of fun and I see myself playing it time and again as well as trying some of the past editions.

My Thoughts: Like all other Adovia products I have tried, this Sulfur Soap for Acne is amazing. Adovia has awesome products and I haven't found anything yet that I haven't loved. I particularly enjoyed using this because it has almost no smell or scent to it at all. Very minimal if any at all. Don't get me wrong I like scented soaps and body washes ect... but not something I'm going to be using primarily for my face.

It was just a gentle tingly sensation when I used it on my face and it just made my skin feel so soft and cleaner. After several uses I can see a minimalization of some of the redness and it just feels so great!

My Thoughts: I have used many weight scales before but this is by far one of the most upscale, fancy smancy ones I have ever used! Not only does it perform more options on weight than I would have ever dreamed of wanting to know but it's so stylish and sleek to match any decor! My Thoughts: I had been wanting to try mud masks before but just never have for one reason or another so when I got the chance to try out the Barefaced one I jumped on the opportunity.

I cleaned my face real good before using the mud mask, applied, and left on around 10 minutes as per the instructions. It was a bit different than other type masks I have tried and I must admit I felt kinda funny smearing "mud" on my face although it is a practice that has been used for ages! Once I got past that initial reaction the cream was cool to my face which felt lovely in this hot hot weather lately and although it did have a slight "earthy" aroma it was not overwhelming to me so that was a definite plus!

I've only used the product once so far so I can't say I have noticed any drastic changes but upon rinsing it off my face did feel a bit smoother and soft. I will continue using it maybe once a week or so.

My Thoughts: I thought this was a really neat and cool thing! I've not tried anything like it before so was quite excited to see how it would work. I like trying new things after all!

Very tiny and sleek in size so it will fit in almost any small purse or carry on bag for overniters or whatever and it only takes a small spritz on each cheek. You can go ahead and apply before your make-up or after but I have only used it before hand. The time it hits your face it is already at work tightening and firming up. I rub it in real fast because it doesn't take it long to dry at all.

I like it because it does make my face feel more firmer and my jaws seem less jiggly. (is that a word? LOL) It's also great on the red splotches I have on my face. Which it does say it is good for Rosacea but not certain that is what I have just know it is small red splotchy places.

It does have a very slight odor to it that is not bad smelling but I really don't like perfumy smells on my face. But again it's not really a strong enough odor and for the benefit of firming my skin I can deal with the slight aroma!

My Thoughts: You don't have to use but a small dab of this for it to go a long way! It really helped with the puffy bags under my eyes and gave my face a firmer feel over all. The only thing I didn't really like was it went on kind of greasy, although it doesn't take it long to sink into your skin so that wasn't a big deal and I wasn't quite fond of the smell but it's not a bad smell at all. And as much as I adore Mr Sunshine he sometimes wreaks nasty havoc on my trying to catch some shut eye and rest. Most times I usually just conk out on the couch so I don't disturb the hubby when I get off work because he works morning shift but our living room doesn't keep the light off me and sometimes hinders me from getting to sleep.

The sleep mask and ear plugs worked quite well. I was really surprised and a bit skeptical about going to bed with something over my eyes. The mask is snug but not tight like I feared it to be and boy does it keep the light out! Also it is adjustable because it attaches in back with velcro so you can actually make it more snug if you wanted to. The earplugs are a nice companion but I don't use them that much and the mask and ear plugs come with a nice carry case so you can store them in to keep clean or travel with.

Review: This was a very awesome video to watch and share with the kids as it promoted friendship and forgiveness on so many levels. The characters were just too cute and the songs were funky and upbeat. We watched it several times already because we loved it so much.
